A team of 3 technicians perform 4 monthly preventive maintenance visits, each visit includes the Inspection and Maintenance of: 

1.    Plumbing 

What's included:

• Repair of visible broken pipes
  
• Repair of over-flowing toilets
  
• Rectification of low or no water pressure
  
• Clear clogged waste pipes
  
• Fix drainage blocks in showers and sinks
  
• Identify and replace corroded or faulty flexible hoses
  
• Repair or replace faulty gate valves and faulty mixer tap
  
• Replacements of water pumps and pressure kits
  
• Replacement of water heaters

What’s excluded:

• Parts and materials
  
• Underground leakages
  
• Repairs related to concealed piping
  
• Any construction defect

2.    Electrical 

What’s included:

•          Repair or replacement of light fittings
  
•          Replacement of burnt out power sockets
  
•          Identification and rectification of loose electrical connections
  
•          Identification of overloaded circuits and rectification in order to prevent over-heating
  
•          Identification and replacement of corroded wires or cables

•         Parts and materials
  
•         Any major works related to civil works

Diagnosis and rectification of the following:

·         AC not cooling or AC over-cooling

·         Cleaning of outdoor condenser coils and evaporator units
